Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 a obchodn\u00ed komora W\u00fcrzburg-Schweinfurt (IHK) sice nem\u00e1 k dispozici podrobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, ale i ona zd\u016fraz\u0148uje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed roli Rothschenku. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nab\u00edz\u00ed se ot\u00e1zka, pro\u010d se spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 se specializuje na bezpe\u010dnost dopravy, tolik li\u0161\u00ed od ostatn\u00edch, proto\u017ee v jej\u00edm ka\u017edodenn\u00edm provozu p\u016fsob\u00ed sam\u00e9 \u017eeny. V\u017edy\u0165 spole\u010dnost Rothschenk \u0159\u00edd\u00ed mu\u017ei. Pokud v\u0161ak hovo\u0159\u00edte se zam\u011bstnankyn\u011bmi, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee rozd\u00edly oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm spole\u010dnostem jsou sice jemn\u00e9, ale \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. A p\u0159esto jaksi \u017eensk\u00e9, a\u0165 u\u017e je to kli\u0161\u00e9, nebo ne.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konflikty se v\u017edy \u0159e\u0161\u00ed otev\u0159en\u011b, v\u0161ichni si tykaj\u00ed a ka\u017ed\u00fd den je pot\u0159eba harmonie: tak popisuj\u00ed povahu spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk vedouc\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje Johanna Ottov\u00e1 a vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdroby Ulrike Schmidtov\u00e1. &#8220;Ale um\u00edme se tak\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b poh\u00e1dat,&#8221; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 person\u00e1ln\u00ed mana\u017eerka Veronika Uttinger-Dick. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harmonie a \u017eensk\u00e1 s\u00edlaHlavn\u00ed v\u00edtr ve stejn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e: Podle vedouc\u00edho partnera Torstena Urbana se s t\u00edm setk\u00e1v\u00e1 opakovan\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee on a jeho t\u0159i spole\u010dn\u00edci p\u0159ijdou s n\u011bjak\u00fdm n\u00e1padem &#8211; a naraz\u00ed na p\u016fvabnou ze\u010f mezi zam\u011bstnanci. Pak je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1pad nevyjde. &#8220;M\u00e1me velmi plochou hierarchii,&#8221; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Urban. A my m\u00e1me v\u00edce &#8220;ko\u0161ilat\u00fdch ruk\u00e1v\u016f&#8221; ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osmapades\u00e1tilet\u00e1 \u017eena si v\u0161imla, co to znamen\u00e1, kdy\u017e 52 ze 75 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk jsou \u017eeny: V pond\u011bl\u00ed se ve firm\u011b mluv\u00ed o n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e9m ne\u017e ve stavebnictv\u00ed, kde dominuj\u00ed mu\u017ei. Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti v\u00ed, \u017ee jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o fotbal. Ne v\u0161ak ve spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk. Co se stalo doma, jak se da\u0159\u00ed rodin\u011b &#8211; to jsou t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 se prob\u00edraj\u00ed po v\u00edkendu, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec Ott.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159itom se bere v \u00favahu i skute\u010dnost, \u017ee &#8220;jsme na venkov\u011b,&#8221; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editel z\u00e1vodu Urban. V rodin\u00e1ch st\u00e1le \u010dasto plat\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed rol\u00ed, kdy mu\u017e je hlavn\u00edm \u017eivitelem rodiny a \u017eena se mimo jin\u00e9 star\u00e1 p\u0159es den o d\u011bti. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdroby Ulrike Schmidtovou je p\u0159evaha \u017een t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161ech odd\u011blen\u00edch spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk ka\u017edodenn\u00ed v\u00fdzvou. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee spole\u010dnost db\u00e1 na udr\u017eitelnost a vst\u0159\u00edcnost k rodin\u011b, mus\u00ed 63let\u00e1 \u017eena neust\u00e1le sladit pracovn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny a mnoho individu\u00e1ln\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u011bkdy n\u00e1hle onemocn\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b kolegy, jindy je t\u0159eba o\u0161et\u0159it p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho, n\u011bkdy se v rodin\u011b d\u011bje n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho: podle Torstena Urbana bylo ve firm\u011b a\u017e 30 model\u016f pracovn\u00ed doby, aby se vyhov\u011blo v\u0161em pot\u0159eb\u00e1m zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Nyn\u00ed je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doba od 7 do 15 hodin. Provozn\u00ed doba se roz\u0161i\u0159uje od 6 do 20 hodin, tak\u017ee existuje mo\u017enost flexibiln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na okraj\u00edch, vysv\u011btluje vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdroby Schmidt. Nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m, kdy\u017e kolega mus\u00ed odej\u00edt ve 13 hodin, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 doma neodkladn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1me opravdu velmi dobrou pracovn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru,&#8221; shrnuje Ott. To se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i v m\u00ed\u0159e fluktuace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk. Ta \u010din\u00ed 6,5 procenta. Celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br se pohybuje kolem 30 procent. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti Rothschenk, v n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Vedouc\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed Uttinger-Dick pracuje ve spole\u010dnosti od roku 2000 a vzpom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee tehdy zde byly zam\u011bstn\u00e1ny pouze \u017eeny. To, \u017ee je jich dodnes 70 procent, se tak prost\u011b stalo.
