Jednou z t\u011bchto okolnost\u00ed je rozlo\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edp\u00ednac\u00ed s\u00edly (STF) ze strany r\u00e1\u010dny na opa\u010dnou stranu n\u00e1kladu. <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed z vlastn\u00edho pocitu v\u00ed, \u017ee na opa\u010dn\u00e9 stran\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed s\u00edla ne\u017e na stran\u011b z\u00e1padky. Okam\u017eit\u011b vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: jak velk\u00e1 s\u00edla se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed a lze to vypo\u010d\u00edtat? <\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 diskuse mezi zast\u00e1nci norem EN-12195-1 a VDI-2700ff. Na obou stran\u00e1ch pracuj\u00ed odborn\u00edci s t\u00edm rozd\u00edlem, \u017ee na VDI-2700ff se pod\u00edlej\u00ed pouze N\u011bmci, ale na EN-12195-1 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed odborn\u00edci z 27 zem\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00ed na obou stran\u00e1ch ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed ze z\u0159etele \u0159idi\u010de a p\u0159epravce, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed n\u011bkdy velmi teoretick\u00e9 \u00favahy uv\u00e9st do praxe.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se pokus\u00edm tuto d\u017eungli trochu objasnit a podat ji zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd je pro praktiky snadno uchopiteln\u00fd. Douf\u00e1m, \u017ee se mi to poda\u0159\u00ed. Ale ani j\u00e1 nejsem neomyln\u00fd.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metoda p\u0159ivazov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>P\u0159i metod\u011b v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed se p\u00e1s um\u00edst\u00ed p\u0159es n\u00e1klad, zah\u00e1knou se h\u00e1\u010dky pevn\u00e9ho a voln\u00e9ho konce a pot\u00e9 se pomoc\u00ed r\u00e1\u010dny p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159edp\u00ednac\u00ed silou. T\u011bmito ur\u010dit\u00fdmi okolnostmi by byl indik\u00e1tor p\u0159edp\u00ednac\u00ed s\u00edly na voln\u00e9m konci nebo p\u00e1s se dv\u011bma z\u00e1padkami. V praxi se doporu\u010duje hodnota k=1,8. Z m\u00e9ho pohledu praktika se jedn\u00e1 o velmi sportovn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup. Obecn\u011b by se m\u011bly pou\u017e\u00edvat krajn\u00ed jezdce (chr\u00e1ni\u010de hran). Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edla se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 podle Eulerova vzorce:<sub>Fres<\/sub> = F * e <sup>-\u00b5*\u03b1<\/sup>.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Budou se s t\u00edm p\u0159epravci a \u0159idi\u010di schopni vyrovnat? Sp\u00ed\u0161e ne!<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vzorce pro v\u00fdpo\u010det<\/h2>\n\n<p>Norma EN-12195-1 vyd\u00e1n\u00ed 01-2021 se odvol\u00e1v\u00e1 na bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktor <sub>(fs)<\/sub>, proto\u017ee p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159edp\u00ednac\u00ed s\u00edla je na obou stran\u00e1ch stejn\u00e1. Sou\u010dinitel bezpe\u010dnosti se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ke kompenzaci nejistot p\u0159i zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emen. Nikdo p\u0159esn\u011b nev\u00ed, zda jsou faktory spr\u00e1vn\u00e9. V z\u00e1sad\u011b je v\u0161ak lep\u0161\u00ed pracovat s jistotou ne\u017e bez n\u00ed. V lodn\u00ed doprav\u011b se bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktory v\u017edy pou\u017e\u00edvaly k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti nejistot\u00e1m. Nen\u00ed to tedy nic nov\u00e9ho.    <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realizace v praxi<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jak lze tento probl\u00e9m uplatnit v praxi?<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Varianta 1:<\/strong> osoba odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 podle \u00a7 9 odst. 2 OWiG, kter\u00e1 je n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b vy\u0161kolen\u00e1 a znal\u00e1, vezme kalkula\u010dku a vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Tato metoda je z pr\u00e1vn\u00edho\/fyzick\u00e9ho hlediska nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Tyto podm\u00ednky vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f varianty 1, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poskytnut\u00ed vhodn\u00e9ho vozidla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pou\u017e\u00edvejte vhodn\u00e9 a dostate\u010dn\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed prost\u0159edky. T\u00edm lze \u010delit obvin\u011bn\u00ed z &#8222;hrub\u00e9 organiza\u010dn\u00ed nedbalosti podle \u00a7130OWiG&#8220;. Pokud m\u00e1 nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nakl\u00e1dky za n\u00e1sledek situaci, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esahuje r\u00e1mec spr\u00e1vn\u00edho deliktu a st\u00e1v\u00e1 se trestn\u00fdm \u010dinem, je t\u0159eba prok\u00e1zat, jak\u00e9 \u00favahy a opat\u0159en\u00ed byly p\u0159ijaty, aby se t\u00e9to situaci p\u0159ede\u0161lo nebo se j\u00ed zabr\u00e1nilo. Dobr\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem je studium listu 5 VDI-2700 &#8222;Syst\u00e9my \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kvality&#8220;.
