Ideally suited for vans and trucks with system rails. Thanks to standardized dimensions, the Automotive Fitting from KERL is quickly inserted and can be adjusted again as required. This allows the loader to quickly and easily move lashing points in everyday life and thus adapt them to the load.
The Automotive Fitting KERL 1000 was developed as a means of connection between system rails (also airline rails) and lashing straps. The galvanized steel bracket can be folded down, guaranteeing flexible use. Simply insert the KERL 1000 end fitting at any point of the airline rail. The opening is suitable for common system rails with a metric grid of 25mm. After the bolt has been moved by half the grid dimension, it locks automatically. Tested according to EN 12640, the lashing point can be loaded with up to 1,000 daN. Fast - Simple - Flexible!
