Our pre-assembled restraint system SET (2x lashing, 2x belt buckle OWB 4040 DF) is used in container shipments all over the world. The goods are reliably protected against damage in transit due to the rear load securement. The height-adjustable straps allow individual adaptation to different goods, such as barrels, big bags, IBCs or e.g. wooden boxes in all overseas containers (20.40.45 feet). In addition to certification by TÜV Rheinland, our Lashings are compliant to the CTU Code for most loading situations and particularly easy to use.

Suitable Accessories

Getting goods to their destination without damage is the goal of every transport. With our pre-assembled (significant time saving) restraint system SET (2x lashing, 4x belt buckle OWB 4040DF) for container shipping, you significantly increase security for trouble-free shipping. The shipper hangs the lashing in the container eyelets with the help of the pointed hooks and tensions the cross straps to the front on the container door (TIP: [R] magnets with a loop). After loading the container, he closes the cross belts in front of the goods with the help of belt buckles through a reel or ratchet tensioner. The cross belts from [R] Red Lash are height adjustable and can therefore be optimally adapted to the load (e.g. wooden boxes, big bags, IBCs or barrels).

The lashing system has been extensively tested in numerous dynamic driving tests and certified by the TÜV Rheinland Academy. It is also CTU code compliant for many loads. We are happy to create individual certificates for your special loading. Just talk to us about it.
