We take over the complete processing from the analysis of the task to the finished product. As a manufacturer with our own production in Germany, we can develop, build and certify individual load securement products in close cooperation with the customer.

After having analyzed the requirements, the next step is to develop a solution. We take on this part for our customers - because we know how to do it.
Rothschenks research and development departure, many years of experience, own testing facilities, professionals (e.g. plastics engineers) and an own production with knowledge "Made in Germany" - access accumulated expertise.

Step 3: Solid Arguments
It's about time to practically test the mutually developed ideas. Therefore, we construct your prototype on our company's area in Aub / Franconia (dunnage bags, Lashings.... or a combination of various systems) and test it thoroughly.
Preferably at your location with your load staff or at our in-house test facilities. Often, the customer demands changes or has new ideas or variations.
We are only satisfied, when you are. With our load securement.
Certification
Step 4: Certification.
You buy securement at Rothschenk. If required, we have our products certificated and tested in their performance by independent reviewers.
With our certification, you are ensured to maintain all safety requirements of German road traffic regulations (StVo). Don't leave the question of liability to chance.
Our project development is teamwork. And a matter for the boss.
