Standard dunnage bags Red Line 3D are used to secure cargo in containers with the task of bridging even large stowage gaps. In order to secure the goods from loading to destination with maximum reliability, it is also necessary to fill larger cavities or gaps. Rothschenk 3D dunnage pads meet this requirement on all transport routes. Whether in a container, by ship or by truck or rail transport.

The idea behind the "dunnage" product is the force-fit and form-fit loading of all kinds of goods. Relatively stable units such as IBCs or palletized goods are just as relevant as more flexible goods such as soft packaging. In addition, there are often no or an insufficient number of lashing eyes in the container. With stowage pads from Rothschenk, you can significantly increase safety with a few simple steps.

One of the biggest arguments for dunnage bags is the not inconsiderable time saving compared to conventional techniques, e.g. cladding with wood. The positioning and filling takes place via compressed air, either with a stationary connection, or via a mobile hand blower. A special feature of our Red Line series is the possibility of subsequently releasing air and correcting the dunnage bag again in the storage space.

For most applications, our standard range of Red Line 3D dunnage pads is sufficient. These cover the spaces from 400 to 800 mm. Below that, we recommend our stocked Red Line dunnage pads up to 400 mm. For larger accumulation gaps, we can draw on a variety of already developed pad sizes. Or you can make use of our main discipline: individually built solutions, built according to the specifications of our customers.
