In principe is het nooit verkeerd om met <strong>antislipmatten (ARM)<\/strong> te werken bij het vastzetten van ladingen. Het verstandige antwoord is dat het ervan afhangt. In puur wiskundige en theoretische fysische termen is de dikte van de matten irrelevant. Maar het is praktisch.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ARM&#8217;s moeten ervoor zorgen dat de twee oppervlakken, namelijk het laadoppervlak en de ladingdelen\/dragers die het laadoppervlak raken, van elkaar gescheiden zijn via de matten. De technische term hiervoor is <strong>ontkoppeling <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Neem bijvoorbeeld een uniform verpakte europallet van 1.000 kg.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Als er bijvoorbeeld matten van 3 mm dik beschikbaar zijn, dan moeten alle drie de poten van de pallet volledig bedekt zijn met ARM. Dat zou ongeveer 0,414 vierkante meter zijn. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als matten met een dikte van 8 mm en afmetingen van 150 x 200 mm beschikbaar zouden zijn, zouden 9 matten mogelijk voldoende zijn, een oppervlakte van 0,27 vierkante meter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stroken van 200 x 1200 mm en 8 mm dik zouden ook een elegante oplossing zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>De kosten zijn altijd gebaseerd op gewicht, zelfs als er een prijs\/stuk in de offerte staat. Maar de prijs is niet de doorslaggevende factor, wel de veilige behandeling en het veilige resultaat. <\/p>\n\n<p>Er zijn genoeg ongelukken waarbij de vrachtwagenchauffeur de ARM weer corrigeert en de vorkheftruckchauffeur de pallet op zijn vingers zet omdat hij hem niet zag.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verschillende mogelijkheden om antislipmatten te rangschikken<\/h3>\n\n<p>Er zijn verschillende manieren waarop <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/antislip\/\">antislipmatten<\/a> (ARM) kunnen worden gelegd. Een ander nadeel is dat ze niet gemakkelijk kunnen worden gecorrigeerd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is meestal niet mogelijk om ze te duwen omdat ze niet stijf genoeg zijn. Als ze nieuw zijn, hebben ze een zeer hoge wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt. Sommige fabrikanten specificeren een waarde van \u03bc=0,8. Ze zijn echter erg gevoelig voor vuil en stof. Ze mogen daarom alleen vlak voor het neerzetten van de lading worden geplaatst.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Na een of meer keren gebruikt te zijn, zien sommige van deze ARM&#8217;s eruit zoals op de afbeelding rechts. De antisliplaag lost op waardoor het effect of de hoge wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt niet meer gegeven wordt. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extra spanbanden voorkomen kantelen<\/h2>\n\n<p>Als er ARM&#8217;s worden gebruikt, moet de lading altijd extra worden vastgezet door <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/spanbanden\/\">ze vast te sjorren<\/a>. De reden hiervoor is de verticale versnelling die optreedt bij het rijden over oneffen wegdek, kuilen, stoepranden, hobbels, geteerde randen, enz. Ze verminderen de normaalkracht waarmee de lading tegen het laadoppervlak drukt, waardoor de wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt en dus ook de wrijvingskracht afneemt.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>Ladingen met een lage kantelstabiliteit beginnen onmiddellijk te kantelen wanneer ARM&#8217;s worden gebruikt. Zonder <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/antislip\/\">ARM<\/a> zou zo&#8217;n lading eerst glijden en dan kantelen. Dit kantelen wordt ook voorkomen door het vastsjorren. Bij het berekenen van de veiligheidsmaatregelen kan het een aanzienlijk verschil maken of de waarde 0,6 of 0,5 wordt gebruikt.
