De blog van LaSi van vandaag gaat over de oorzaken en de maatregelen die kunnen worden genomen om ze te vermijden of te voorkomen. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het domino-effect<\/h2>\n\n<p>In de grafieken wordt altijd aangenomen dat de remrichting naar links is.<\/p>\n\n<p>Een lading die gestuwd is met openingen of omdat de openingen het gevolg zijn van slecht verpakte laadeenheden zal altijd problemen veroorzaken. Bij een noodstop sluiten de openingen zich zo ver mogelijk en kantelt de lading in de richting van de rem. <\/p>\n\n<p>De kantelhoek van de laatste pallets kan zo groot zijn dat ze niet meer vaten<\/h3>\n\n<p>Een <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/pakketvorming\/zekering\/\">lading vaten<\/a> is een goed voorbeeld om de situatie te illustreren, hoewel vaten niet de meest kritieke lading zijn omdat ze inherent stabiel zijn.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bij het remmen condenseert de ruimte tussen de vaten en beginnen de pallets te kantelen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Van achteren (achterkant) naar voren in de richting van het schot, of van rechts naar links in de afbeelding, worden de kantelhoeken steeds groter en, afhankelijk van de situatie, kan de laatste vatenpallet ook kantelen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dit is Het domino-effect is duidelijk te zien in de afbeelding rechts. Afhankelijk van het aantal laadrijen kan het zijn dat de octabins niet meer gemakkelijk gelost kunnen worden aan het einde van de lading. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ook hier is de enige oplossing om de tussenzekeringen te zoeken.
