De structuur kan elastisch vervormen tot 300 mm. Een permanente vervorming van maximaal 20 mm is toegestaan op voorwaarde dat de functie niet wordt aangetast.  <\/p>\n\n<p>De laatste editie stelt expliciet dat de geverifieerde krachten ook mogen worden gebruikt voor het <strong>berekenen van het vastzetten van de belasting<\/strong>. Dit was niet het geval in eerdere edities, hoewel de meeste verladers dit zo hebben gehouden. <\/p>\n\n<p>Het bewijs van deze test wordt meestal geleverd in de vorm van een <strong>certificaat<\/strong>, waarin de fabrikant ook de randvoorwaarden vermeldt waaronder de carrosserie kan worden gebruikt voor het vastzetten van ladingen. Er is ook bepaald dat het lichaam jaarlijks door deskundigen moet worden ge\u00efnspecteerd op geschiktheid. Ongeacht de etiketteringsverplichting van de fabrikant moet de verlader er organisatorisch voor zorgen dat de chauffeur het certificaat bij de hand heeft. <\/p>\n\n<p>Het certificaat bevat meestal ook een Solomon-notitie van de fabrikant dat er aanvullende maatregelen moeten worden genomen in overeenstemming met VDI-2700ff &#8220;Ladingszekering op wegvoertuigen&#8221; in het geval van afwijkende omstandigheden.<\/p>\n\n<p>In de praktijk is het echter vaak onduidelijk hoe de randvoorwaarden ge\u00efmplementeerd moeten worden. Dit komt meestal omdat de lading niet zo perfect op het voertuig past als sommige mensen zouden willen. Een rechtopstaande europallet werd ge\u00efnstalleerd als afstandhouder. Er zijn geen antislipmatten gebruikt en de band loopt over de instabiele laadklep van de palletkooi. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusie<\/h2>\n\n<p>Als er zich belangrijke incidenten voordoen (bijvoorbeeld door schade aan de carrosserie) met het vastzetten van de lading, moet de verlader bewijzen hoe hij de carrosserie heeft beoordeeld en welke conclusies hij daaruit heeft getrokken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vertrouw nooit op uitspraken van bestuurders als &#8220;het zal wel houden&#8221;.
