Tijdens de ontwikkeling van de normen werden de bovenbouwen in twee groepen verdeeld. De zogenaamde <strong>standaard bovenbouwcode L<\/strong> met maximale sterktes van de bovenbouw en de <strong>versterkte bovenbouwcode XL<\/strong> met minimale sterktes.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>De specificaties hebben betrekking op de voorwand, de zijwanden en het achterportaal. Het testen van de vloerbelasting is niet opgenomen omdat dit al is opgenomen in EN 283. De norm geeft carrosseriefabrikanten veel vrijheid zolang de geteste sterktes binnen de specificaties vallen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Het volgende overzicht is een uittreksel van de standaard met de huidige specificaties. De letter &#8220;P&#8221; staat voor het technisch laadvermogen van het voertuig of de carrosserie. Er moet rekening worden gehouden met dit gebied om een positieve vergrendeling te garanderen. Let vooral op de laadbreedte.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Voor de verlader zijn er ook drie belangrijke controleaspecten, namelijk<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de etiketteringsverplichting zoals gespecificeerd in de norm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewijs van elke structuur met een certificaat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de eis van de fabrikant dat de bovenbouw eenmaal per jaar moet worden ge\u00efnspecteerd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dit type afstandhouder werkt op de voorwand als een blikopener. Bij een noodstop zou het schot er gewoon doorheen worden gedrukt. De fabrikanten hebben ook randvoorwaarden geformuleerd zodat de bovenbouw de krachten kan absorberen. Deze worden beschreven in het certificaat met betrekking tot de respectieve structuur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In de praktijk is gebleken dat deze randvoorwaarden voor alle fabrikanten in essentie hetzelfde zijn.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dat zijn ze:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schuifwrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van minstens \u03bcD = 0,30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vormsluitende belasting in de rijrichting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laadbreedte minstens 240 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Max. Toelaatbare afstand belasting\/achterwand 15 cm <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In de meeste gevallen worden er speciale specificaties gemaakt voor speciale ladingen, zoals dranken, waar zowel de eigenaar van het voertuig als de verlader zich aan moeten houden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hoe ziet het geheel er in de praktijk uit? De vrachtwagen arriveert in de laadzone, de chauffeur duwt het linker dekzeil open, de vorkheftruckchauffeur plaatst de lading op de laadzone, de chauffeur sluit het dekzeil weer en rijdt weg. Uiteraard worden dezelfde eisen gesteld aan de laadeenheden, die stabiel van vorm en kanteling moeten zijn zodat de centrifugale krachten zonder spleten worden overgedragen in bochten of bij het slingeren. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Positieve belading aan de achterkant<\/h2>\n\n<p>De som van de toegestane tussenruimten is gelijk aan de maximale binnenbreedte van de carrosserie minus 2,40 m. Een gangbare maat is 8 cm als totale tussenruimte. Een gebruikelijke afmeting is 8 cm als totale opening.<br\/>Form-fit belading naar achteren betekent dat de afstand tot het achterportaal niet meer dan 15 cm mag bedragen. Als de opening groter is, moet deze worden opgevuld of moet de lading aan de achterkant worden vastgezet. Er zijn verschillende oplossingen om de kloof te dichten. Voor afwijkende belastingsgevallen zijn aanvullende beveiligingsmaatregelen conform VDI 2700 vereist.&#8221;    <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Dit betekent dat als niet wordt voldaan aan de specificaties die ik hierboven heb beschreven, de fabrikant niet garandeert dat het lichaam de vastzetkrachten kan absorberen. De verantwoordelijke verlader moet er dus aantoonbaar voor zorgen dat de nodige maatregelen\/controles worden uitgevoerd. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zo niet, dan moet hij de erkende regels van de techniek toepassen volgens \u00a722 van het Duitse Wegenverkeersreglement (StVO) &#8220;Belading&#8221;, met behulp van de methoden volgens &#8220;VDI-2700 &#8220;Ladingszekering op wegvoertuigen&#8221;.
