Maar heel weinig mensen denken erover na of dit wel is toegestaan en of de vloer de belasting wel aankan.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorschriften voor het laadvermogen van een vrachtwagencarrosserie<\/h2>\n\n<p>De technische regelgeving voor het laadvermogen van een vrachtwagencarrosserie is te vinden in EN-12642 Code XL.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ladingzekering op wegvoertuigen &#8211;<em>&#8220;Carrosserie\u00ebn op bedrijfsvoertuigen &#8211; Minimumeisen; Duitse versie EN12642:2016<\/em>&#8221; is de titel.<\/p>\n\n<p>Helaas verwijst deze norm niet naar het draagvermogen van de vloer, maar alleen naar de bovenbouw.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het is noodzakelijk om een andere norm te lezen, namelijk DIN EN 283<em>&#8220;Wissellaadbakken &#8211; Testen<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hierin wordt in detail gespecificeerd hoe de bodems moeten worden getest. In de regel is deze norm niet toegankelijk voor de lader die belast is met het laden van een vrachtwagen. Volgens de TIS-GDV mogen vorkheftrucks met max. 2,5 ton hefvermogen.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risico&#8217;s bij het rijden op het laadgebied<\/h2>\n\n<p>Natuurlijk brengt rijden op een laad- en losplaats ook risico&#8217;s met zich mee vanuit het oogpunt van &#8220;werkveiligheid&#8221;. Vooral wanneer de oplegger van de trekker wordt losgekoppeld of de wissellaadbak wordt neergezet. Deze bevindt zich dan voor de steunpoten van de trailer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de asbelasting meer dan 5.460 kg is, kan de trailer naar voren kantelen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>De fabrikant K\u00f6gel, bijvoorbeeld, gebruikt de markering om aan te geven dat de lege aanhanger alleen bereden mag worden als deze aan de voor- en achterkant ondersteund wordt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voorste steun moet voor de kingpin worden geplaatst. De bijgevoegde parkeersteunen zijn niet voldoende. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier is een voorbeeld van hoe zo&#8217;n ondersteuning eruit zou kunnen zien.
