De beslissende factor is altijd dat de hoeken worden waargenomen in een specifieke situatie, rekening houdend met de respectieve richting van de versnellings-\/vertragingskrachten. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>VDI-2700 &#8220;Het vastzetten van ladingen op wegvoertuigen&#8221; specificeert de versnellings-\/vertragingswaarden die te verwachten zijn tijdens normaal wegtransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opgemerkt moet worden dat de werkingsrichting van de krachten <sub>Cx<\/sub> en<sub>Cy<\/sub> horizontaal is en evenwijdig aan het belastingsoppervlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De kracht <sub>Cz<\/sub> werkt verticaal in op het laadoppervlak, maar wordt over het algemeen aangenomen als <sub>Cz=1<\/sub> voor wegtransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De situatie is anders voor als ik naar de hoeken kijk, moet ik in de juiste positie staan, kijkend langs de laadrand waaraan het <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/spanbanden\/\">sjormateriaal<\/a> is bevestigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>sjorhoek <\/strong><strong>\u03b1<\/strong> is de hoek tussen het laadoppervlak en de vastzetapparatuur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns hetzelfde vastzetmateriaal dwars op de rijrichting wordt gebruikt, moet de hoek 90\u00ba zijn ten opzichte van de rand van het laadgebied, zodat de <strong>vastzethoek <\/strong><strong>\u03b1 <\/strong>maximaal effect heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als dit niet het geval is, resulteert automatisch de sjorhoek \u03b2, waardoor de effectieve spankracht nog verder Er wordt een spanratel met lange hendel gebruikt met een STF=500daN. Dat zou de norm moeten zijn.  <\/p>\n\n<p>De tweede kolom toont de sjorhoek en de derde de bijbehorende sinus.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je kunt de sinus ook visualiseren als een percentage. Bij een sjorhoek van 85\u00ba blijft 99,6%, d.w.z. 498 daN, van de voorspankracht behouden. <\/p>\n\n<p>Kolom 5 toont de werkelijke vastzetkracht als functie van de wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt. Als het laadgebied schoongeveegd is, kan de waarde \u00b5=0,3 over het algemeen worden aangenomen. <\/p>\n\n<p>Als je een antislipmat correct zou plaatsen op dit schoongeveegde laadgebied, zouden de waarden in kolom 6 van toepassing zijn.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"309\" height=\"325\" src=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/winkel-vorspannkraft-reibkraft-langhebel-zugratsche-zurrwinkel-dan-sicherungskraft-rothschenk-blog.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-151478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/winkel-vorspannkraft-reibkraft-langhebel-zugratsche-zurrwinkel-dan-sicherungskraft-rothschenk-blog.png 309w, https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/winkel-vorspannkraft-reibkraft-langhebel-zugratsche-zurrwinkel-dan-sicherungskraft-rothschenk-blog-285x300.png 285w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>De groene velden in de tabel geven de waarden aan waarvoor de sjormethode zonder risico kan worden gebruikt. In de geel gemarkeerde velden moet de hoek worden meegenomen in de berekening. De rode vakken geven het gebied aan waar de sjormethode niet mag worden gebruikt en een andere bevestigingsmethode moet worden overwogen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In het algemeen moet ook rekening worden gehouden met het totale gewicht van de lading. Een standaard oplegger met een lengte van 13,60 m heeft minstens 11 sjorogen (volgens EN 12640), vaak 13, wat betekent dat er maximaal 11-13 spanbanden kunnen worden bevestigd, wat automatisch de maximale spankracht beperkt. Met een sjorhoek van 85\u00ba is dit een borgkracht van 1.628 daN zonder antislipmatten en 3.245 daN met matten. Bij het bevestigen van deze trilplaat was er bijna geen ruimte voor fouten.
