Een deel hiervan is te wijten aan onjuiste informatie over de lading, het gewicht of een onjuiste of ontbrekende classificatie van gevaarlijke goederen. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>Onvoldoende ladingzekering leidt tot transportschade. Het is niet ongewoon dat schepen tot stilstand komen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle incidenten worden grondig onderzocht door verschillende autoriteiten totdat er een definitief oordeel is geveld. De details zijn te vinden in de kolommen 15, 16a en 16b van tabel 3.2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kolom 15 van de IMDG Code<\/strong> verwijst naar de EMS Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is verdeeld in twee delen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aanbevelingen voor het bestrijden van branden met de afkortingen F-A tot F-J<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aanbevelingen voor het bestrijden van lekken met de afkortingen S-A tot S-Z<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De verzender van gevaarlijke goederen moet de afkorting van de EMS-code in relatie tot het UN-nummer in het vervoersdocument
