Het is echter niet zo eenvoudig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij nader inzien is dit een EU-verordening met de onhandige naam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>RICHTLIJN 92\/106\/EEG VAN DE RAAD<\/strong><br\/><strong>van 7 december 1992<\/strong><br\/><strong>houdende vaststelling van gemeenschappelijke voorschriften voor bepaalde vormen van gecombineerd vervoer<\/strong><br\/><strong>gecombineerd vervoer van goederen tussen lidstaten<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow containertransport van M\u00fcnchen naar Hannover met 44 ton is daarom in het algemeen niet-ontvankelijk omdat de Duitse landsgrens niet werd overschreden.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Helaas is de communicatie tussen vervoerder en verzender vaak niet duidelijk. Dit blijkt uit het feit dat de gewichtsplanning van de verlader gebaseerd is op 44 ton, maar de transporteur een combinatie levert bestaande uit een tweeassige trekker + containerchassis. Een dergelijke combinatie is echter slechts toegestaan tot 42 ton.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Het is belangrijk om informatie tussen de verzender en de vervoerder zodanig samen te brengen of uit te wisselen dat het transport goed kan worden uitgevoerd. Dit is de taak voor alle betrokkenen, die natuurlijk gedetailleerde kennis en expertise vereist. <\/p>\n\n<p>Gevaarlijke halve kennis is echter eerder de praktijk.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het laadvermogen van de href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">container<\/a> is gebouwd en uitgerust of welk staal is gebruikt, verschilt het laadvermogen afhankelijk van het tarragewicht.<\/p>\n\n<p>In principe is dit probleem alleen interessant voor verladers bij wie de lading zoveel weegt dat de container te zwaar wordt voordat hij volledig geladen is. praktijk<\/h2>\n\n<p>De praktijk wijst echter uit dat er aanzienlijke afwijkingen kunnen zijn van bovenstaande informatie en dat overbelasting daarom eerder waarschijnlijk dan onwaarschijnlijk is. Bedrijven die zelf containers willen stuwen en het laadvermogen zoveel mogelijk willen benutten, moeten daarom nauwkeurige informatie inwinnen bij de vervoerder over het type en het gewicht van de combinatie en ervoor zorgen dat dit wordt nageleefd. <\/p>\n\n<p>Voor bedrijven die een vrachtwagenweegschaal hebben, is er ook de mogelijkheid om het maximumgewicht van de lading te bepalen door te wegen.<br\/>Weeg de lege trailer bij de ingang en trek deze waarde af van het totaalgewicht van 40 to, 42 to of 44 to.
