{"id":191974,"date":"2021-11-23T12:54:15","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T11:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/aflevering-11-stuwageplanning-in-de-container\/"},"modified":"2025-06-30T17:03:42","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T15:03:42","slug":"aflevering-11-stuwageplanning-in-de-container","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/aflevering-11-stuwageplanning-in-de-container\/","title":{"rendered":"Aflevering 11: Stuwageplanning in de container"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Het stuwen van een container begint niet wanneer deze op de binnenplaats geparkeerd staat met de achterdeuren open, maar wanneer het duidelijk is dat er een <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">container<\/a> nodig is.<\/p>\n\n<p>Betrokkenen of betrokkenen zijn niet alleen degenen die de container laden, maar ook degenen die de productie van de goederen of koopwaar ontwikkelen, ontwerpen en plannen om ze per container te vervoeren.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standaardafmetingen<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-208eb7e61e11621d0772abb4b9dec09c is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#f5f5f5\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Het gebruikelijke Euroformaat, vertegenwoordigd door de Euro pallet 120 x 80 cm, en ook delen\/multiples, passen niet in de container. De afmetingen zijn gebaseerd op de Amerikaanse voetmaat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De CP3 pallet met 114 x 114 cm zou hier beter geschikt voor zijn. De breedte is 2,286 m en de hoogte 2,277 m. Als de lading of lastdrager wordt gemaakt om precies te passen, moet er rekening worden gehouden met deze afwijking. <\/p>\n\n<p>Vooral het ontwerp van machines en systemen vereist speciale zorg. Als het systeem de afmetingen van de container overschrijdt en niet in zijn geheel moet worden vervoerd, moet ook de mogelijkheid tot ontmanteling worden ontworpen. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sjorpunten<\/h2>\n\n<p>Omdat het vaak niet mogelijk is om systemen vormsluitend op te bergen, moet ook worden nagegaan op welke punten het zinvol is om <strong>bevestigingspunten<\/strong> aan te brengen om ze direct vast te sjorren.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vastzetpunten met bouten zouden hier een goede aanpak zijn, omdat er vaak al gaten met schroefdraad aanwezig zijn op de machines\/apparatuur voor andere toepassingen en deze gebruikt kunnen worden voor de bevestigingspunten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het ontwerp moet echter hun class=\"wp-block-heading\">Congestieplannen<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>De volgende schetsen zijn niet op schaal omdat ze alleen bedoeld zijn om het denkproces te illustreren. De weegschaal is absoluut essentieel voor praktisch gebruik. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Een eenvoudige oplossing is om een plattegrond op schaal te maken van het vloeroppervlak van de container. De afmetingen van de laadeenheden kunnen hierop worden ingevoerd en het is gemakkelijker om te zien of en hoe ze passen. <\/p>\n\n<p>Het diagram toont het klassieke blok van vijf europallets en de opening die onvermijdelijk voortvloeit uit de afmetingen. Je kunt nu overwegen hoe de kloof moet worden gedicht. De elegante methoden zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a>De andere methode is het gebruik van lege pallets of de uitgebreide methode van style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Soms kan de hoogte van de onderdelen door het ontwerp niet ver genoeg worden teruggebracht en wordt de inwendige containerhoogte overschreden. Het is nu noodzakelijk om een Opentop container van het type 22U1 of 42U1 met afdekzeil te gebruiken. Dit resulteert in nog twee maatregelen:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De rederij op de hoogte stellen van de <strong>extra hoogte <\/strong>en<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na het sluiten van het dekzeil moet een <strong>markering<\/strong> worden aangebracht, bijvoorbeeld een geel kruis van plakband, zodat de overhoogte van de container ook door de kraanmachinist wordt herkend en schade wordt voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitdagingen in lastverdeling<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sommige machines of systemen staan op voetjes die vrij klein zijn of kunnen worden versteld met schroeven. Hierdoor wordt het gewicht vaak verdeeld over zeer kleine gebieden. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hierbij moet rekening worden gehouden met het feit dat de maximale belasting op de containervloer beperkt is tot 5.460 kg (asbelasting bij gebruik van een vorkheftruck).
