Maar de vele observaties die ik tijdens transporten heb kunnen doen, laten in de praktijk vaak een heel ander beeld zien. Hoe hoog dit is, hangt af van de desbetreffende combinatie van materialen. VDI-2700 en EN-12195-1 hebben standaardwaarden gedefinieerd in tabellen die meestal gebruikt kunnen worden.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>In de praktijk moet de verlader echter altijd beoordelen van welke wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt hij uitgaat om de nodige beveiligingsmaatregelen te bepalen. Er wordt bijvoorbeeld uitgegaan van een wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van \u00b5=0,3 voor europallets op een vrachtwagenlaadruimte met een gezeefdrukte vloer. Dit betekent dat de borgkracht door wrijving 30% van het gewicht van de lading is.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Over het algemeen wordt aangenomen dat <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/antislip\/\">antislipmatten<\/a> een wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van \u00b5=0,6 hebben, wat resulteert in een verdubbeling van de wrijvingskracht tot 60% van het gewicht van de lading. Tot zover de theorie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Helaas is de werkelijkheid vaak heel anders. Bij het bepalen van wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnten wordt altijd aangenomen dat er zich niets anders tussen de wrijvingspartners bevindt. Dit resulteert in een wrijvingskracht <strong>(<sub>FR<\/sub>)<\/strong> die dit tegenwerkt. <\/p>\n\n<p>De <strong>wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt<\/strong> wordt berekend door de verplaatsingskracht Fx<sub>,y<\/sub> te delen door de normaalkracht <sub>FN<\/sub>. Het resultaat is een factor, de <strong>wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt<\/strong> <strong>\u00b5<\/strong>. Het is zonder eenheid omdat wiskundig de eenheid Newton (N) van de krachten Fx<sub>,y<\/sub> en <sub>FN<\/sub> wordt verkort bij het delen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als de last zwaarder zou worden onder dezelfde omstandigheden, zou de verplaatsingskracht ook toenemen en dus zouden de krachtverhouding en de wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt \u00b5 gelijk blijven.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"536\" height=\"257\" src=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/berechnung-reibbweiwert-ladungssicherung-formel-rothschenk.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-149130\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/berechnung-reibbweiwert-ladungssicherung-formel-rothschenk.png 536w, https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/berechnung-reibbweiwert-ladungssicherung-formel-rothschenk-300x144.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 536px) 100vw, 536px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Dit is ook de reden waarom twee ladingen van verschillend gewicht bijna gelijktijdig beginnen te bewegen bij het remmen. Dit is een goed experiment voor het beveiligen van de belasting. <\/p>\n\n<p>Deze verhouding is ook de reden waarom de oppervlakte geen rol speelt, tenminste in theorie, omdat deze ook zou worden verminderd bij het berekenen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Als er <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/antislip\/\">antislipmatten<\/a> (ARM) worden gebruikt, vullen deze de openingen tussen de microvertanding en ontstaat er een minivormverbinding. van het laadgebied. Daarom zijn ARM-strips beter dan ARM-pads, omdat ze effici\u00ebnter te leggen zijn. In de afbeelding rechts kan de volgende pallet al op de gelegde strook worden geplaatst.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>afmeting van 200x800x8 mm<\/strong> is een goed compromis dat kan worden gebruikt om veel congestiesituaties op te lossen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoge gewichten<\/h2>\n\n<p>De foto laat zien hoe erg het ARM vervormd is. Een vervorming\/compressie van max. 30% van de dikte van de mat. Dat werd hier ruimschoots overtroffen.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Voor deze toepassing zijn matten voor zwaar gebruik nodig, container op platform.
