Er worden echter ladingen in de <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">container<\/a> gestouwd waarvoor hij helemaal niet gebouwd is. Daarom lijkt het noodzakelijk om naast de technische normen en voorschriften ook de eigenschappen van de container te beschrijven.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Afmetingen van een container<\/h2>\n\n<p>Aangezien de container in zijn huidige vorm is uitgevonden in Amerika, zijn de afmetingen gebaseerd op de Amerikaanse voetafdruk. E\u00e9n voet (ft), verdeeld in 12 inches, komt overeen met 0,3048 meter. Dit meetsysteem wordt nog steeds op veel gebieden gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld in de luchtvaart (vlieghoogte), munitie (kalibermetingen) en containervervoer. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>De oorspronkelijke standaardcontainer had een breedte en hoogte van elk 8 voet. De binnenafmetingen van koel- of isolatiecontainers kunnen ook vari\u00ebren, afhankelijk van de structuur van de isolatie en de ingebouwde koeleenheid. Als de container nauwkeurig moet worden gestuwd, moeten de specifieke binnenmaten worden opgevraagd bij de eigenaar van de container.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>Als er alleen europallets precies moeten worden gestapeld, is een speciale container nodig. Bijvoorbeeld het <strong>LEG1 type<\/strong>. Deze bestaat uit de hoekstijlen en de respectieve bovenste en onderste dwarsbalken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De volledige krachtoverbrenging in de containerstapel vindt plaats via de verticale hoekstijlen. Zowel boven als onder. De zogenaamde <strong>twistlocks<\/strong> grijpen in deze hoekgietingen in. Losse twistlocks worden gebruikt om de containers te verbinden met de stapel op het scheepsdek. Dit resulteert in schade aan het dak van de container. De ogen op de vloer zijn ontworpen voor een belasting van 1000 daN onder elke hoek. autoriteiten tijdens inspecties in de haven.  <br\/>Als de inspecteurs bij het openen van de container de aangrenzende congestiesituatie zien, is het bijna niet meer nodig om een berekening te maken om te herkennen dat de verdeling van de lading niet correct kan zijn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure informatie. De verantwoordelijkheid wordt overgedragen aan de verpakker\/stapelaar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De juiste verdeling van de lading in de container leidt ook tot de juiste verdeling van de asbelasting op de vrachtwagen. Longitudinale afwijkingen van +\/-5%, in uitzonderlijke gevallen ook +\/-10% zijn toegestaan.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vuistregel 60:40, d.w.z. 60% van de lading in de ene helft van de container, is ook toegestaan.
