{"id":192062,"date":"2021-07-05T08:46:07","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T06:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/aflevering-8-positief-vergrendelen-in-de-container\/"},"modified":"2025-06-30T17:02:31","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T15:02:31","slug":"aflevering-8-positief-vergrendelen-in-de-container","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/aflevering-8-positief-vergrendelen-in-de-container\/","title":{"rendered":"Aflevering 8: Positief vergrendelen in de container"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Het vastzetten van ladingen in <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">containers<\/a> is niet echt een probleem, maar de inspectiepraktijk en het schadepercentage laten zien dat veel verladers\/stevedors moeite hebben met &#8220;weten hoe&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>In deze aflevering leg ik de principes uit van form-fit stouwen\/verpakken en de mogelijkheden om deze te realiseren. De vormgesloten gestuwde belasting wordt berekend in de lengterichting met een versnelling van <strong><sub>Cx=0<\/sub><\/strong>,4g. De retentiekracht<strong>(rx<sub>)<\/sub><\/strong> van de containerdeur is 0,4 * het laadvermogen (P) 26.700 kg.  <\/p>\n\n<figure data-wp-context=\"{&quot;imageId&quot;:&quot;69df230f6dfb5&quot;}\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Als de afstand tussen de containerdeur en de lading groter zou zijn dan 15 cm, dus geen positieve aansluiting op de deur, waarbij sjorsystemen.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Als de spankrachten <strong><sub>Fsec<\/sub><\/strong> ten minste 66,708 N zijn, zijn de weegschalen in balans en is de lading voldoende vastgezet. Meer veiligheidskrachten betekent natuurlijk ook meer veiligheid en reserve. door de opening naar de binnenkant van de container te verplaatsen en deze te sluiten met stuwhulpmiddelen (bijv. met <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a>\/dunnage\/lege pallets).<\/p>\n\n<p>De positieve fit voor de containerdeur<strong>(<sub>rx=0<\/sub>,4<\/strong>) plaatsen van een lading bij de containerdeur die de krachten ook goed en over een groot oppervlak kan overbrengen. Een enkele pallet (wat vaak voorkomt) voldoet niet aan dit doel. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zelfs als we de longitudinale versnelling in plaats van <strong><sub>Cx=0<\/sub><\/strong>,4 g voor het schip zouden berekenen met 0,8 g voor het volledig afremmen van de vrachtwagen en de verticale versnelling <strong><sub>Cz<\/sub><\/strong> met 1 zouden meenemen, zou het resultaat nog steeds in het groene gebied is dus veel voor te zeggen om niet te lichtvaardig af te zien van het sluiten van een formulier om redenen van tijd of kosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hoe kan dit worden bereikt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vul de <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">container<\/a> met lading zonder openingen (bijv. bulkgoederen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De lading zo opbergen\/verpakken dat de totale tussenruimte minder dan 15 cm is<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaten compenseren met stuwmateriaal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compenseer gaten door vormsluitende bevestiging met <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/sjorren\/\">spanbanden<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. vullen met stukgoederen<\/h3>\n\n<p>Het vullen van de container met bulkmateriaal is in principe een eenvoudige oplossing, maar het heeft ook zijn valkuilen als het bulkmateriaal erg vrijstromend is (koffie\/bonen etc.). Het vulniveau moet dan zo hoog mogelijk zijn. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. som van de spleten minder dan 15 cm<\/h3>\n\n<p>Om de lading zo te stouwen en in te pakken dat de totale opening in alle richtingen minder dan 15 cm is, moeten de afmetingen van de verpakkingen of laadeenheden overeenkomen met de afmetingen van de container. Als, zoals vaak het geval is, europallets worden gestapeld, ontstaan er onvermijdelijk gaten. Als openingen onvermijdelijk zijn, moet speciale aandacht worden besteed aan het vastzetten van de laadeenheid. De laadeenheden moeten vormvast zijn en bestand tegen kantelen.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. gebruik stuwmateriaal<\/h3>\n\n<p>Het compenseren van gaten met stuwhout is gebruikelijk. De technisch elegante oplossing is <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a>die gevuld zijn met lucht, de openingen opvullen en zo weer een positieve pasvorm cre\u00ebren. Deze methode heeft echter ook zijn valkuilen. De CTU Code 2015 wijdt een apart hoofdstuk<strong>(Bijlage 7 &#8211; Bijlage 4) <\/strong>aan de stootkussens met veel formules die voor praktijkmensen nogal moeilijk te implementeren zijn. Hier is het vooral belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat de krachten altijd over het hele oppervlak op de tankwanden worden overgebracht en niet als puntbelasting. Hout met een boomrand (rode pijl) kan leiden tot quarantaine in bepaalde landen zoals Australi\u00eb. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Stuwmateriaal dat op deze manier in de golven van de containerwand wordt gedrukt, veroorzaakt meer schade dan dat het een nuttige borgkracht oplevert. Helaas is dit een veelvoorkomende toepassing, zelfs voor professionele stuwadoorsbedrijven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De werkelijke vastzetkracht is onbepaald en er kunnen geen betrouwbare gegevens worden gevonden. Daarom mag deze methode niet worden gebruikt, tenzij passende tests herhaalbare resultaten hebben opgeleverd en de behandeling duidelijk is beschreven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege pallets zijn ook een populair hulpmiddel. Hierbij moet wel rekening worden gehouden met het draagvermogen van de sjorogen in de container en de sjorkracht van de vastzetapparatuur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Afhankelijk van de fabrikant is het belangrijk om te controleren of de breukbelasting of de MSL (maximale vastzetbelasting) is opgegeven. Hoofdstuk 2.4.2 van aanhangsel 7 van de CTU Code 2015 specificeert hoe de MSL wordt berekend voor bepaalde beveiligingsmiddelen.
