Er staat: <em>&#8220;De verpakker moet ervoor zorgen dat de CTU wordt gecontroleerd voordat deze wordt ingepakt en dat de staat van de CTU geschikt is voor de te vervoeren lading&#8221;<\/em>. Verdere opsommingen van regels volgen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Wat zou een klant denken als hij zijn vrij dure goederen in zo&#8217;n verpakking ontving? Hij zou waarschijnlijk denken: ik hoop dat mijn goederen onbeschadigd zijn en veel beter kijken om te zien of alles in orde is. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex \/>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>In hoofdstuk 8.2 geven de voorschriften uitleg over de controle van de goederenvervoereenheid, maar de details blijven vaag.<\/p>\n\n<p>Daarom moet de rederij zich in de zaak verdiepen en bepalen welk type CTU geschikt is voor haar behoeften en aan welke andere kenmerken moet worden voldaan.<\/p>\n\n<p>De volgende uitleg is het resultaat van vele containerinspecties of laadbegeleidingen in het veld.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hier zet de vrachtwagenchauffeur vaak de verkeerde koers in door de deuren van de container na aankomst te openen, open te klappen en vervolgens naar het laadperron te rijden.<\/p>\n\n<p>De belangrijke controle van de <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/aflevering-2-csc-badge-en-acep-uitleg-van-afkortingen-en-inspectiecriteria\/\">CSC-sticker<\/a>\n<\/strong> is dan niet meer zo gemakkelijk mogelijk. De chauffeur doet dit omdat het voor veel verzenders\/verpakkers standaardpraktijk is en er geen inspectie van inkomende goederen wordt uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Containerinspectie in twee stappen<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-black-color has-text-color class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De <strong>inspectie van inkomende goederen <\/strong>met als doel te beslissen of de container wordt geaccepteerd of afgekeurd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>documentatie van de belading<\/strong> met de beladingsvolgorde, de maatregelen voor het vastzetten van de lading, de verdeling van de lading en de beveiliging tegen uitvallen, indien nodig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze twee fasen moeten duidelijk worden beschreven voor de inspecteur met duidelijke criteria om de inspectie te vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div inkomende goederen<\/h3>\n\n<p>Het is niet ongewoon dat bedrijven moeten betalen voor reparaties aan containers, ook al hebben ze die niet veroorzaakt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Als er daarentegen geen inkomende inspectie wordt uitgevoerd en er geen defecten worden gevonden, betekent dit dat de <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">container<\/a> in goede staat was toen hij werd geaccepteerd en dat de schade is veroorzaakt door de verpakker tijdens de gebruiksperiode.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 van de container worden gecontroleerd.<br\/>Als niet aan de eisen wordt voldaan, is dit een hard knock-out criterium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Een ander opvallend kenmerk zijn de <strong>schroeven <\/strong>op de vergrendeling. De bevestiging moet diagonaal aan de boven- en onderkant worden vastgeklonken. De beste oplossing hier is de tweemansmethode. De een klimt in de container, de ander doet de deur helemaal op slot. Nu moet het binnen helemaal donker zijn.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij fel zonlicht kan er diffuus licht door de drukvereffeningsopeningen dringen, maar dit is niet kritisch. Als de container voor het laden moet worden geventileerd, mag de tijd die hiervoor nodig is in overleg met de rederij niet worden meegerekend in de laadtijd. De CTU-code geeft hierover op verschillende plaatsen informatie, maar vooral in punt 12.1.6. Bijzondere aandacht moet worden besteed aan aanwijzingen waaruit blijkt of een container is begast.
