Twee afleveringen over dit onderwerp zijn al gepubliceerd en kunnen worden geraadpleegd: <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/aflevering-20-stuwzakken-vastzetten-deel-1\/\">Aflevering 20 stuwzakken Deel 1<\/a><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/aflevering-21-stuwzakken-vastzetten-deel-2\/\">Aflevering 21 stuwzakken Deel 2<\/a><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>De voorschriften voor <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/container\/\">het vastzetten van ladingen in containers<\/a> staan in de <strong>CTU Code 2015.<\/strong> In aanhangsel 7, bijlage 4, is een heel hoofdstuk gewijd aan de borgmethode met <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er staat dat stuwzakken de beweging van de lading moet &#8220;blokkeren&#8221;. Alle gegevens, bijv. versnellingen, verwijzen hiernaar. Zo hebben we de hoofdbelasting dwars op de reisrichting met 0,8g wanneer het schip rolt en slechts 0,4g in de lengterichting.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Gezichtspunt 2:<\/strong> De bevestigingsmiddelen staan in het midden. Ze zijn in de container geplaatst volgens hun verhoudingen. De afbeeldingen in de versies laten echter altijd situaties zien waarin de stuwzakken gaten dwars op de rijrichting compenseert. <\/p>\n\n<p>In dit geval moeten ze een versnelling van 0,8 g compenseren. Congestiesituaties waarbij de stuwzakken in gaten langs de rijrichting worden geplaatst, worden niet beschreven. De druk van de ISO-eenheid &#8220;1 bar&#8221; resulteert in een belasting van 1 <sup>kg\/cm2<\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Laten we aannemen dat we een opstoppingssituatie hebben zoals het klassieke blok van 5 en dat de pallets 165 cm hoog zijn. De linker pallet heeft dan een zijoppervlak (zonder europallet) van 120x150cm = 18<sup>.000cm2<\/sup>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de stuwzakken (niveau 1) wordt gevuld met 0,15 bar, ontstaat er een kracht van 2700daN. Met een wrijving van \u00b5=0,2 aan de wand van de container zou dit resulteren in een borgkracht van 540daN. Er is geen rekening gehouden met het effect van de ribbels.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer het schip rolt, zou er een nog hogere borgkracht ontstaan, die beperkt is in de tijd, omdat het gewicht van de hele rij ladingen ook tegen de wand drukt. Het gewicht van de rechter pallet wordt daarom toegevoegd, wat resulteert in de verhoogde wrijvingskracht. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow ongeveer 770 kg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanteltests met deze belasting, die alleen werd vastgezet met een stuwzakken, resulteerden in kantelhoeken van ongeveer 45\u00b0.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lading werd alleen op zijn plaats gehouden door de verhoogde wrijving tussen de lading en de wand van de container. In de regel is dat niet het geval. Ze zijn zo ontworpen en gefabriceerd dat ze meerdere malen de druk kunnen weerstaan die wordt veroorzaakt door het gewicht van de lading of de versnelling.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Een <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a> met niveau 1, die een opening van 30 cm moet compenseren, barstte in de test bij een druk van 0,55 bar. De maximale werkdruk is echter 0,2 bar. In de praktijk blijken waarden tussen 0,1 en 0,15 bar gebruikelijk te zijn, omdat steeds meer gebruikers de stuwzakken vullen met een blower in plaats van een compressor.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Veel fabrikanten drukken gebruiksinstructies op de stuwzakken. Het uittreksel in de afbeelding toont de genoemde 0,20 bar. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>stuwzakken barsten, als ze al barsten, door een verkeerde behandeling. Scherpe randen, spijkers, roest op de binnenwanden van containers, wrijving, scherpe delen van de lading, enz. Met andere woorden, ze dichten gaten die ontstaan in de rijrichting.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Tests hebben aangetoond dat stuwzakken gebruikt kan worden om de lading in de lengterichting vast te zetten. Ze kunnen worden gebruikt om gaten te dichten of om de verdeling van de lading in de container te corrigeren zodat het totale zwaartepunt binnen de toegestane marges valt. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>De lading in deze container bestond uit enkele tonnen spaanplaat, die met het oog op de lastverdeling op enige afstand van de kopwand moesten worden gestuwd.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de simulatie werd de <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/red-line-3d\/\">3Dstuwzakken <\/a>tegen denkbaar, <a href=\"https:\/\/rothschenk.de\/nl\/product-categorie\/stuwzakken\/\">stuwzakken<\/a> in de container op deze manier. Als een vormsluitende stuwmethode wordt bereikt en de container inclusief lading zich gedraagt als &#8220;\u00e9\u00e9n stuk&#8221;, dan is het risico relatief laag. Het wordt alleen groter door onjuiste behandeling.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Het is daarom belangrijk dat alle betrokken partijen de beschikbare opties onderzoeken en dienovereenkomstig implementeren. Het is niet mogelijk om alle mogelijke oplossingen voor ladingzekering in de CTU-code te presenteren. <\/p>\n\n<p>VDI-2700 &#8220;Lading zekeren op wegvoertuigen&#8221; beschrijft dit als volgt:  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;<em>In de getoonde voorbeelden kan niet altijd rekening worden gehouden met de verscheidenheid aan goederen en mogelijkheden om ladingen vast te zetten. Als alternatief voor de beschreven voorbeelden kunnen ook gelijkwaardige of beter beveiligde ladingbevestigingsmiddelen worden gebruikt. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>De geschiktheid van hulpmiddelen\/methoden om ladingen vast te zetten die niet door deze richtlijn worden gereguleerd, kan worden bepaald en geverifieerd door representatieve tests in individuele gevallen met documentatie van onafhankelijke deskundigen.
