46: Gewichtsverdeling volgens CTU-code 5% of 10% of 60\/40?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De verdeling van ladingen in containers is altijd een onderwerp van discussie.\nIn tegenstelling tot de oude &#8220;CTU Packing Guidelines&#8221; is de CTU Code 2015 geen aanbeveling, maar een bindende set regels met specificaties die moeten worden nageleefd en ook kunnen worden gecontroleerd.   <\/p>\n\n<p>De kierensom kan hier als voorbeeld worden gebruikt.\nDe inspecteur van de rederij of havenautoriteit opent de container, meet de afstand van de achterdeur tot de lading en klaagt over de ladingzekering als de afstand meer dan 15 cm is en hij geen adequate ladingzekering kan herkennen.\nHij legt de container stil of laat hem tegen betaling repareren.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als de afstand tot de containerdeur meer dan 60 cm is, is de container waarschijnlijk verkeerd geladen en is niet voldaan aan de specificaties voor de verdeling van de lading.\nDe inspecteur hoeft niet eens te rekenen, het is voldoende om de afstand te meten omdat de gedetailleerde inspectie hem waarschijnlijk gelijk zal geven. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lastverdeling is belangrijk, want hoewel in grote, moderne havens spreiders worden gebruikt die een verschoven zwaartepunt op het harnas kunnen compenseren, is dit niet noodzakelijk het geval in ondergeschikte havens.\nDe tolerantie van de celgeleiders, de geleiderails waarop de containers over 9-11 containerlagen in de romp glijden, is 4-5 cm. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns verdeling van de belasting?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>De CTU-code specificeert duidelijk het zwaartepunt in Bijlage 7, paragraaf 3.1.4:<\/p>\n\n<p>  &#8220;<em>In het algemeen mag het zwaartepunt van de lading niet meer dan \u00b15% uit het midden liggen.\nAls vuistregel kan worden aangenomen dat 60% van de totale massa van de lading 50% van de lengte van de vrachtcontainer is.\nOnder speciale omstandigheden kan een afwijking tot \u00b110% worden geaccepteerd, omdat moderne laadapparatuur voor het hanteren van ISO-containers dergelijke afwijkingen kan compenseren.\nDe exacte positie van het zwaartepunt in de lengterichting van de lading kan worden berekend (zie aanhangsel 4)   <\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 informeren over afwijkingen in het zwaartepunt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het probleem waar de verantwoordelijke lader nu voor staat, is de vraag hoe hij deze toestand kan garanderen.\nDe oplossing is een stuwplan!\nHelaas wordt dit zelden gemaakt, wat natuurlijk tot problemen leidt.\nDe belader begint meestal met de mooie, handige lading vooraan, in de hoop dat hij in de loop van de stuwage een oplossing vindt voor de probleemlading.\nOmdat dit vaak niet het geval is, bevindt het zich in het deurgedeelte en is het het eerste wat de inspecteur ziet.    <\/p>\n\n<div lastverdeling op te lossen.\nWelke verwachtingen hebben de schrijvers van de CTU-code?\nSommige mensen zullen afgeschrikt worden door de visuele indruk van de formule.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div door elke afzonderlijke lasteenheid moet worden berekend volgens het hefboomprincipe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  Dit is een lastige taak waarvoor het zwaartepunt en het gewicht van de laadeenheid bekend moeten zijn.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij normaal verpakte europallets kan over het algemeen worden aangenomen dat het in het midden is.\nDit betekent 60 cm of 40 cm van de rand van de pallet, afhankelijk van hoe ze gestapeld zijn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In het geval van machines en systemen moet de ontwerpafdeling specifieke details verstrekken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow gewichten hebben.\nAls de lastdragers verschillende afmetingen hebben, is dit natuurlijk niet noodzakelijk correct. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:21px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>De getoonde voorbeelden maken duidelijk dat het berekenen van het totale zwaartepunt geen raketwetenschap is.\nAan de andere kant is het moeilijker om op basis hiervan een stuwplan te maken. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In bedrijven waar deze situatie zich regelmatig voordoet, is het de moeite waard om, met een beetje zorgvuldigheid, de factuurtabel zo in te richten dat deze ook kan dienen als opbergplan.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit maakt het makkelijker om heen en weer te jongleren.\nDe grafiek toont een voorbeeld van hoe zo&#8217;n tabel eruit zou kunnen zien. 3.1.4, van de CTU-code staan meer precieze vereisten.\nAls regel geldt dat de afwijking van het zwaartepunt 5% van het midden van de container moet zijn.\nVoor een container van 40 voet is dit +\/-30 cm buiten het midden in de lengterichting en voor een container van 20 voet +\/- 15 cm.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als het zwaartepunt buiten de 10% specificatie ligt, kun je nog steeds controleren of de 60\/40 verdeling succesvol is.\nDit betekent dat 60% van het laadgewicht in de ene helft van de container zit en 40% in de andere.\nBij het toepassen van deze 60\/40 regel moet er echter op worden gelet dat de 60% niet op de voorwand zit, zodat de aandrijfasbelasting van de trekker niet wordt overschreden.\nDit kan in verschillende landen erg duur zijn.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Alle drie de varianten zijn toegestaan, waarbij de 5%-regel over het algemeen de voorkeur verdient.\nAls geen van de drie eisen succesvol is, moet altijd de verlader (rederij\/expediteur) worden geraadpleegd.\nDit kan met name het geval zijn voor machines en apparatuur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Uit onderzoek naar incidenten met containerschepen, zoals verloren containers op zee, blijkt steeds weer dat een verkeerde ladingzekering of ladingverdeling in de container een van de oorzaken kan zijn die tot veel grotere schade leiden, zoals in het domino-effect.\nEen verloren container die dicht onder de oppervlakte drijft, is ook een aanzienlijk gevaar voor de algemene scheepvaart, vooral voor cruisende zeilers. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ik hoop dat ik de betrokkenen heb kunnen aanmoedigen om met de situatie om te gaan en een bedrijfsspecifieke
