A predsa akosi \u017eensk\u00e9, \u010di u\u017e je to kli\u0161\u00e9 alebo nie.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konflikty sa v\u017edy rie\u0161ia otvorene, v\u0161etci si tykaj\u00fa a je tu ka\u017edodenn\u00e1 potreba harm\u00f3nie: takto charakterizuj\u00fa povahu spolo\u010dnosti Rothschenk ved\u00faca oddelenia udr\u017eate\u013enosti Johanna Ott a ved\u00faca v\u00fdroby Ulrike Schmidt. &#8220;Ale vieme sa aj poriadne poh\u00e1da\u0165,&#8221; hovor\u00ed person\u00e1lna mana\u017e\u00e9rka Veronika Uttinger-Dick. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harm\u00f3nia a \u017eensk\u00e1 silaHeadwinds v rovnakej miere: Pod\u013ea riadiaceho partnera Torstena Urbana to za\u017e\u00edva opakovane. M\u00f4\u017ee sa sta\u0165, \u017ee on a jeho traja spolupartneri pr\u00eddu s n\u00e1padom &#8211; a narazia na o\u010daruj\u00facu stenu medzi zamestnancami. Vtedy je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1pad nebude fungova\u0165. &#8220;M\u00e1me ve\u013emi ploch\u00fa hierarchiu,&#8221; hovor\u00ed Urban. Z vlastnej sk\u00fasenosti vie, \u017ee ide najm\u00e4 o futbal. Ke\u010f\u017ee spolo\u010dnos\u0165 db\u00e1 na udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165 a \u00fastretovos\u0165 vo\u010di rodine, 63-ro\u010dn\u00e1 zamestnanky\u0148a mus\u00ed neust\u00e1le zos\u00fala\u010fova\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny a mno\u017estvo individu\u00e1lnych po\u017eiadaviek. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niekedy n\u00e1hle ochorie die\u0165a kolegu, inokedy je potrebn\u00e9 postara\u0165 sa o pr\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho, niekedy sa v rodine deje nie\u010do in\u00e9: pod\u013ea Torstena Urbana bolo v spolo\u010dnosti a\u017e 30 modelov pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu, aby sa vyhovelo v\u0161etk\u00fdm potreb\u00e1m zamestnancov. Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd \u010das sa roz\u0161iruje od 6.00 do 20.00 h, tak\u017ee existuje mo\u017enos\u0165 flexibilnej pr\u00e1ce na okrajoch, vysvet\u013euje ved\u00faci v\u00fdroby Schmidt. Nie je probl\u00e9m, ak kolega mus\u00ed od\u00eds\u0165 o 13.00 h, preto\u017ee m\u00e1 doma neodkladn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1me naozaj ve\u013emi dobr\u00fa pracovn\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru,&#8221; zhrnul Ott. To sa odr\u00e1\u017ea aj v miere fluktu\u00e1cie zamestnancov v spolo\u010dnosti Rothschenk. T\u00e1 je 6,5 %. N\u00e1rodn\u00fd priemer je pribli\u017ene 30 percent. In\u00fdmi slovami, \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa v spolo\u010dnosti Rothschenk, v nej aj zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa.
