Battery operation makes it easier to apply the required pretensioning forces. The battery tensioner effortlessly takes over the force that had to be applied by hand via a lever with conventional reel tensioners. The focus of our development was on sustainable optimization for daily use. We have managed to reduce the weight of the tensioner by about 30% compared to other devices on the market.

Our tensioning device for strapping (composite and fabric strapping) has been optimized for strap widths up to 25 mm. For easier processing of the strapping band, an automated cutting unit is installed.
To ensure that the clamping device can withstand even the toughest everyday use, it is supplied as a set with two high-quality lithium-ion batteries and a matching quick charger.
