Our pre-assembled restraint systems for container shipping increase the security of your transport considerably and ensure that your cargo arrives at its destination free of damage. They are used to secure the rear of e.g. barrels, big bags, IBCs or wooden boxes in overseas containers (20, 40, 45 feet). Depending on the version, they are continuously adjustable in height. Rothschenk Container Lashings are available in standard sizes or are custom-made as a special solution according to your specifications.

Our pre-assembled restraint system SET (2x lashing, 2x belt buckle OWB 4040 DF) is used in container shipments all over the world. The goods are reliably protected against damage in transit due to the rear load securement. The height-adjustable straps allow individual adaptation to different goods, such as barrels, big bags, IBCs or e.g. wooden boxes in all overseas containers (20.40.45 feet). In addition to certification by TÜV Rheinland, our Lashings are compliant to the CTU Code for most loading situations and particularly easy to use.

Lashing 50 mm - bagged cargo
On the one hand, our bagged lashing is inexpensive and efficient. On the other hand, it has maximum flexibility in the design of your load securement. You can easily take the required length of lashing from the bag and cut it with a pair of lashing scissors. This means that you can adapt to any loading scheme without having to make any compromises. Our White Lash lashing is certified by the TÜV Rheinland Akademie, CTU code compliant and suitable for containers, railway wagons or e.g. flat racks.
Lashing 32 mm bagged cargo
The advantages of the 32 mm wide lashing are quickly explained. It is delivered to you as bagged goods and can also be removed directly from it if required. The strips are cut to length, e.g. with sharp strap scissors to avoid fraying. This gives you maximum flexibility on the ramp and you do not have to store different lashing systems. The webbing 32 mm is certified by TÜV Rheinland and CTU Code compliant.
Magnet round with loop
Universally applicable, but with a clear mission: to make everyday loading easier. Especially when attaching a container lashing, the advantage of our Holding magnets. With a holding force of 41 kg, these are particularly adhesive and reliably hold the cross straps of lashings, for example, in place until the goods are loaded. This prevents the belts from twisting or being run over by the forklift truck. The magnets can also be easily released again with the aid of the hand loops.
