Cross-company promotion of young talent as it’s best.
The Mainz-based glass manufacturer Schott has set up an innovative trainee program with a focus on occupational safety. Work processes were simulated at several stations in the company and analyzed with a focus on occupational safety. In addition to welding work and a handling course for the electric forklift truck, there was also a special challenge:
>> Securing the load of a robot arm in a van.
Together with the load securing experts from Rothschenk, the trainees were able to try out their own solutions and were shown suggestions for improvement.
The campaign was crowned by SCHOTT AG winning the VBG Prevention Award 2024. With this award, the German Social Accident Insurance promotes the development of innovative occupational safety concepts and ideas.
Rothschenk and his team are proud to have made an important contribution as a partner of SCHOTT AG.
