The start for a good professional development is usually the training. The further path is then often defined in the first three years, according to the talents and abilities of the employee.
Rothschenk recognized the importance of training its own specialists 25 years ago - when the company was founded, so to speak.
For this consistent contribution to the training of young people, the company has now been awarded a certificate for special achievement.
Dr. Lukas Kargerbauer from the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), presented the certificate of honor to Veronika Uttinger-Dick, authorized representative, and Mr. Torsten Urban, shareholder of G&H GmbH Rothschenk.
Currently, warehouse specialists, industrial clerks and e-commerce clerks are active apprenticeships in the company.
