The [R] Lashing Full Safety offers two specialized solutions for securing container loads: with an integrated dunnage bag and with a flat tarpaulin. Both systems are designed to keep your goods secure during transportation, prevent small packages from falling out and effectively hold the load back from the container door.

Full safety pad
Our [R] Lashing Full Safety is a full-surface restraint system with an integrated dunnage bag for use in containers. This combination allows us to reduce the distance to the door in order to achieve a positive fit in the optimum case and thus securely retain your goods. The special design prevents the goods from exerting pressure on the doors.
Employees at the destination are also protected, as no packages can fall out when the container doors are opened with our Full Safety. Different types of valves also allow the dunnage bags to be filled quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the flexibility of the valve types, you can choose the same valve as on your dunnage bags.

Full Saftey with air cushion is fitted after the container has been loaded to complete the loading process. The cross-over strap in combination with an inflatable air cushion reliably holds back even small packages from the container door.
Employees at the destination are also protected, as an additional restraint system protects against falling packages when the container doors are opened with Full Safety.

Full Safety with air cushion is available in two standard sizes (1,500 x 2,400 and 2,000 x 2,300 mm). And because Rothschenk produces Full Safety in Germany, we can also respond to your individual wishes at any time.

Full Safety Tarpaulin
Our [R] Lashing Full Safety is a full-surface restraint system for use in containers. The system was specially developed by us to secure goods from falling out or small packages.
[R] Full Safety uses a combination of a flat tarpaulin and sewn webbing to keep your goods safely and effectively away from the container door. As we have different variations in our product range, we can meet your requirements and offer you the optimum solution for you.
Employees at the unloading point are also protected, as the Full Safety prevents packages from falling out when the container doors are opened.

With the high weights involved in container shipping, safety is the top priority. The full safety tarpaulin protects the recipient of the goods when the container doors are opened. It is impossible for him to judge from the outside whether the container doors are actually relieved or whether there is still pressure on them.
In this sense, our Full Safety Tarpaulin provides maximum safety for the recipient. It is no longer possible for individual packages to fall onto the person opening the container thanks to the full-surface protection.

Efficient solution to prevent goods from slipping
Both full safety systems are designed to prevent goods from falling out when the container doors are opened and thus offer protection for the recipients and the goods themselves. The full safety tarpaulin, made from robust PP fabric and cross-stitched straps, is ideal for delicate and small packages. The Full Safety with air cushion, on the other hand, offers additional protection for the load thanks to an integrated air cushion or tarpaulin and facilitates the safe restraint of packages.
