Edge protector | 180 x 60 mm | Plastic

The tensioning of belt straps over a loading unit exposes the edges of paper rolls, for example, to particularly high forces. The sensitive paper roll edge is optimally protected against pressure marks by the fillet and the optimum belt deflection. Vertical ribs also distribute the forces evenly over the contact surface.

This plastic edge protection angle can be used for many types of load securing. The plastic angle is suitable for webbing up to a width of 50 mm.

An edge protector is a special protective profile made of resistant material such as plastic or cardboard. It is attached to the edges or corners of the load to protect it from damage. The use of edge protectors prevents the load from being crushed or damaged by belts or other lashing equipment. A major advantage of edge protectors is their ease of use. They can be attached quickly and easily without additional tools. Edge protectors are used in various areas and are used for both truck loading and container loading. There are a few aspects to bear in mind.
