Belt buckles are an indispensable part of lashing systems and are used to securely close webbing straps. It is important that the belt buckles are adjusted to the correct webbing width to prevent slippage or failure of the restraint. During the selection process of the appropriate belt buckle, the load weight as well as the webbing widths must be taken into account to ensure a safe and reliable fastening.
The forces acting on belt buckles during transport are enormous. The quality of the closures can thus determine whether your goods reach their destination safely. Our belt buckles have been specially developed for demanding use in load securing and offer maximum reliability and safety.
With a load capacity of up to 1,600 daN and the perfect fit for webbing up to 35 mm wide, this buckle is the ideal choice for container lashings and other lashing applications. The slightly upward curved side facilitates handling and ensures secure fixation of the belt.
