Outer fabric
Our dunnage bags are made of a PP outer fabric with a special coating. This protective cover prevents abrasion and damage to the inliner by puncturing the fabric.
Inliner
The inliner made of PE film serves as an air chamber to enable the dunnage bag to be filled. Due to the special structure, e.g. also multi-layered, a maximum load of the dunnage bag (depending on the design of level 1-5) is possible.
SMART valve
The SMART valve is a robust solution for quickly filling the cushions. It can be locked in place or opened again after filling, allowing subsequent correction of the stowage cushion in the stowage gap.
