A good training - for sure!

Rothschenk trains. For over 20 years. This is not a matter of course in today's cost-efficient world. Nevertheless, giving young people a good start in their careers has been a particular concern of the Rothschenk company for two decades. It is also an attractive way of countering the much-discussed shortage of skilled workers. As a rule, trainees are later offered permanent employment. This is a win-win situation for both sides.

Rothschenk is also breaking new ground, such as this year's online trainee fair, at which Rothschenk presented itself digitally to interested parties. Pupils and students were thus able to get an idea of the traditional company in advance and gather their first impressions. The opportunity for a non-binding internship was gladly accepted. After all, young people want to know what to expect later during their training - also on a personal level.

As a long-standing training company, we are once again taking part in an image campaign organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. At www.ausbildung-macht-mehr-aus-uns.de you will find more information about this.
