Rothschenk White Line dunnage bags and dunnage pads meet the requirements of many loading situations. Our DEKRA-certified [R] White Line dunnage bags are used in truck shipping, for example.
The Rothschenk White Line dunnage bags were developed with a focus on cost savings for the customer. This is demonstrated by the weight-optimized material thicknesses and a design change in the structure of the load securing equipment. Our White Line dunnage bags are the right choice for goods with a smooth packaging surface, e.g. cardboard boxes or white goods. In addition, reduced material usage makes them ideal for use in disposable shipping. Congestion gaps can be filled within a very short time.
With the Rothschenk SMART valve, proven a million times over, filling is quickly done with a stationary compressed air connection, or via a mobile battery-powered blower. The Smart valve also has a fill and drain function for subsequent adjustment of the cushion in the gap. The valve is positioned in the rebate edge towards the corner and is therefore freely accessible to the user when the container door is open.

Please note: In future, we will be dispensing with the dust cap on our Smart valves. This will allow us to reduce the amount of plastic in the interests of the environment and simplify the application for the customer. Please understand that during the transitional period, we can supply both dunnage bags with and without a cap.
