Ratchet tensioner | up to 50 mm belt width

Similar to the mechanism of a reel tensioner, the ratchet tensioner allows precise tightening of the webbing of a restraint system (lashing) to the required pretensioning forces. The webbing is first inserted laterally and fixed by a lever. The free end of the webbing is guided around the shaft in the same way as a lashing strap and tightened by means of a pressure ratchet. Once the desired pretension is achieved, the straps can be loosened and the ratchet tensioner removed.

Our ratchet tensioner features a particularly robust metal construction that gives it a long service life and ensures reliable performance.
