Red Line | 900 x 1.500 mm | Dunnage bag

Rothschenk dunnage bags or dunnage pads effectively protect your cargo from transport damage on the way to its destination. Red Line series dunnage bags are used in existing dunnage gaps to create a form and force fit between goods and also to the container wall.

Filling is done via compressed air, either with a stationary connection, or via a mobile battery blower. Thanks to the built-in SMART valve, our Red Line airbags can be deflated and the airbag can be adjusted in the airbag gap. The valve is positioned in the folded edge towards the corner and is thus freely accessible to the user when the container door is open.

For most applications, the standard sizes of Red Line dunnage bags are sufficient. These can be used for accumulation gaps of up to approx. 500 mm.
For larger gaps, we recommend our Red Line 3D dunnage bags, which are optimal for gaps up to approx. 800 mm due to their design.

Please note: In future, we will dispense with the dust cap on our Smart valves. This allows us to reduce the proportion of plastic in the interests of the environment and simplify the application for the customer. Please understand that in the transitional period, dunnage can be delivered both with and without cap.
