A good training - for sure!

Rothschenk trains. For over 20 years. This is not a matter of course in today's cost-efficient world. Nevertheless, giving young people a good start in their careers has been a particular concern of the Rothschenk company for two decades. It is also an attractive way of countering the much-discussed shortage of skilled workers. As a rule, trainees are later offered permanent employment. This is a win-win situation for both sides.

Dabei werden von Rothschenk auch neue Wege beschritten, wie z.B. dieses Jahr eine Online-Auszubildenden-Messe, bei der sich Rothschenk Interessenten digital vorgestellt hat. Schüler und Studenten konnten sich so vorab ein Bild vom Traditionsunternehmen machen und erste Eindrücke sammeln. Die Möglichkeit eine unverbindlichen Praktikums wurde gerne angenommen. Schließlich wollen Jugendliche wissen, was Sie später bei der Ausbildung erwartet – auch menschlich.
