The Rothschenk White Line Dunnage Bag (1500 x 2100 mm) is designed for larger loading applications that require a wide contact surface. This size is particularly suitable for high-volume goods or loading units that need to be securely stabilized against movement during transport.
White Line Dunnage bags were developed with the goal of providing a cost-effective solution for many shipping processes. Thanks to weight-optimized material thicknesses and reduced material usage, they are particularly well-suited for cost-conscious single-use shipping.
The White Line series is the right choice for goods with smooth packaging surfaces. These include, for example, cardboard boxes or white goods. The large 1500 x 2100 mm format helps quickly fill larger gaps and effectively stabilize the load.
Filling is performed using compressed air, either with a stationary unit or a portable battery blower. The SMART valve also allows air to be released, enabling the dunnage bag to be adjusted later if necessary.

The valve is located at the fold edge near the corner, making it easily accessible.

Please note: In future, we will dispense with the dust cap on our Smart valves. This allows us to reduce the proportion of plastic in the interests of the environment and simplify the application for the customer. Please understand that in the transitional period, dunnage can be delivered both with and without cap.
