CargoTuff Completes Acquisition of Rothschenk

CargoTuff completes the acquisition of Rothschenk, thereby expanding its global reach and European presence.

Virginia Beach, VA, and Aub, Germany — [August 31, 2026] – CargoTuff LLC (“CargoTuff” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of cargo securing products, has announced the completion of its acquisition of G & H GmbH Rothschenk (“Rothschenk”), a respected German manufacturer and distributor of load securement products headquartered in Aub, Bavaria. The acquisition brings together two established players in cargo securement, creating a combined organization with scale, engineering depth, and regional expertise to deliver differentiated service to customers across North America and Europe.

Founded in 1985, Rothschenk manufactures dunnage bags, lashing and strapping systems, and related load securement products for container, truck and other transportation applications. Rothschenk has spent decades building a reputation across Europe for its unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and highly customized solutions. Rothschenk will continue to operate under the Rothschenk brand, preserving the identity and customer relationships that have defined the company for years. The Aub, Germany facility will remain a cornerstone of operations, continuing to serve customers with the same dedication to quality and custom solutions that has always set Rothschenk apart. Thomas Lorenz and Torsten Urban will continue to lead the company as Managing Directors.
