Our employees travel thousands of kilometers on the road every year.
Whether you are an infrequent driver and employee at the main location or a sales representative with many years of experience, road traffic always has a surprise or two in store.
To ensure that the Rothschenk team always arrives safely, employees receive regular training in physics and driving dynamics.
The ADAC’s intensive driving safety training for cars provides participants with important content and offers plenty of potential to “experience” their own skills.
Contents of the all-day training:
- Theory
- Physical
- Brem tests
- Evasion tests
- Spinning plate
- Circle trips
- Slalom course
- Race track
Free of charge but not for nothing
Rothschenk attaches particular importance to the fact that employees use their own vehicles, which are provided by the company for private use, during training.
The different characteristics of the vehicles, e.g. different tires or design, allow the employee to familiarize himself with his car, which is also used in everyday life.
The costs of the course, which lasts a whole day, including meals and working hours, are covered 100% by Rothschenk.
Rothschenk covers 100% of the costs of the full-day course, including catering and working time, so that participation is equally possible for all course participants.

The best for last: Of course, such a “drift challenge” is also just plain fun 😉.
