Standard dunnage bags (R) Red Line are both efficient and affordable. With Level 1 certification and approval by the AAR, they are ideal for most loading situations.
Rothschenk dunnage bags from the Red Line series are inserted into existing dunnage gaps to create a form and force fit between goods and also towards the container wall.
The dunnage bags are filled either with a stationary compressed air connection or via a battery-powered blower. One of the biggest arguments in favor of our dunnage bags is the considerable time savings compared to conventional techniques, e.g. bracing with wood.
One advantage of the Red Line is the ability to subsequently deflate and realign the position of the dunnage bag.
The idea behind the “dunnage bags” product is the force-fit and form-fit loading of all types of goods. Relatively stable units such as IBCs or palletized goods are just as relevant as more flexible goods such as soft packaging. In addition, there are often no or an insufficient number of lashing eyes in the container. Then you can significantly increase safety in just a few simple steps with Rothschenk stowage cushions.
One of the biggest arguments in favor of dunnage bags is the considerable time savings compared to conventional techniques, such as bracing with wood. Compressed air is used for positioning and filling. Either with a stationary connection or via a mobile hand blower. And the special feature of our Red Line series is the possibility of subsequently deflating the dunnage bag and adjusting it again in the dunnage bag gap.
Our standard range of Red Line dunnage bags is sufficient for most applications. These cover the gaps up to 500 mm.
For larger gaps, we recommend our stocked Red Line 3D dunnage bags for gaps between 400 and 800 mm. Or you can take advantage of our specialty: custom-built solutions, built according to our customers’ specifications.

Red Line
The all-rounder for load securing
Rothschenk dunnage bags and dunnage pads effectively protect your goods from damage during transportation to their destination. Dunnage bags from the Red Line series are used in existing dunnage gaps to create a form and force fit between goods and the container wall.
Filling is done via compressed air, either with a stationary connection, or via a mobile battery blower. Thanks to the built-in SMART valve, it is possible to deflate our Red Line stowage cushions at a later stage and correct the stowage cushion in the stowage gap. The valve is positioned in the folded edge towards the corner and is thus freely accessible to the user when the container door is open.
The standard sizes of Red Line dunnage bags are sufficient for most applications. These can be used for accumulation gaps of up to approx. 500 mm.
For larger gaps, we recommend our Red Line 3D dunnage bags, which are ideal for gaps of up to approx. 800 mm due to their design.
