Barrels Well-rounded.
The round must go into the square? Whether Barrel Securement on a pallet or in a network in a container, our restraint systems have been tried and tested a million times.
IBC single-/double-stock
Depending on the weight of the to be secured loading, various lashing systems can be used. Starting with the inexpensive [R] White Lash to the premium quality [R] Pro Lash.
When using lashing systems, the use of edge protection (made of cardboard) is recommended to avoid deformation of the metal body. With the additional use of dunnage bags, stowage gaps can reliably be filled and the IBCs be fixated.

IBC with S.A.M.
Whether in the reefer container or in the classic 20 'or 40' foot container, the lashing points are usually decisive. In addition to the correct load capacity, they also have to be in the right position to guarantee reliable Load Securement .
[R] Pro Line S.A.M. works without any lashing points. By combining two dunnage bags with a tarp it can be placed like a saddlebag over the IBC. The special anti-slip lamination on the outer surface of the dunnage bag stick to the container wall and secure the goods on the spot.

IBC Lashing with four lashing points
Especially liquids can reach high weights quickly. Since the lashing points according to VDI can only be strained to a certain limit, it makes sense to use more lashing point for higher weights.
Our new Pro Lash Tec uses four lashing points for higher securing force and is also supplemented with clever features. For example, a built-in rubber makes it easier to hook in and the modular design allows lightning-fast adaptation to different loading situations (2/3/4 cross straps).
